The AGM will take place on Thursday 20th November at the Chantry Centre, Chantry Way, Billericay, CM11 2AP, 7.00 pm start.
Any items for the Agenda, including any proposed alterations to Club rules, should be submitted by email, to the Committee, by 21st October 2025.
Please do your best to attend, as this is the time for members to support the club and express their views on future activities. There are currently a number of committee vacancies, if you would like to contribute towards the running of the club, the following roles are vacant:
- Publicity Officer
- Off Roads Secretary
- Club Development and Funding Officer
- Racing Events Secretary
- Elected Officers x 2
- Webmaster
