The gents visiting Girona would have felt pretty confident that they’d be dominating the table this time, given the mountainous surroundings they’d be riding in and the number of consecutive days they planned in the saddle. So it was no surprise to see Mr Leake doing the double.

The longest single ride however, stayed firmly within the domain of Darren Salmon, with his decision to ride the very very long way round to Brighton and back, in memory of his Dad and to raise funds on behalf of Parkinson’s UK.

Congratulations then to Michael Leake, Darren Salmon and Michael Leake, for last week’s efforts for most distance ridden, longest single effort, and the highest amount of climbing respectively.
