It’s Touring Group taking centre stage this Saturday, with their sojourn to the carreteras, avenidas and calles of Mojácar widely expected to dominate the upper reaches of the club standings table.
However it was Graham Root’s turn to ignore the memo, going the extra half mile on his Ride for Helen jaunt bringing an end to Mark‘s dreams of doing the treble. Even IMG could be forgiven for giving a nod to Karma, after what happened when they went on tour just a few weeks ago.
So it’s congratulations to Mark Ellis, Graham Root and Mark Ellis, for taking top spot in last week’s efforts for most distance ridden, longest single effort and the highest amount of climbing respectively.
But who will take their place in the club standings next week?
