The January discount window is now open and we cordially invite you to renew your club membership between now and the end of this month so you can take advantage of renewing at the previous lower rates. Renewal Rates increase by £5.00 from 1st February onwards.
Two of you good folk have already used the British Cycling portal to claim the Gold and Silver prizes for earliest renewals, so Bronze is up for grabs.
The Big Ride Series is back on the table for 2026, along with the weekly Virtual Standings Table and the Sunday Snapshot. Invites will be sent out separately via the medium of Strava, once you’ve successfully renewed. We are also trialling the CYQL App which you will be welcomed to.
There is still a presence on Zwift where our Winter Virtual Club Race teams battle it out in both Cat D and Cat C categories which you are also most welcome to join in with, assuming you have a separate subscription with Zwift.
It’s easiest from a club administrative perspective for everyone to use the British Cycling portal for renewal, as it allows the most direct method of inputting and recording everyone’s contact details, especially their emergency contacts which in an ideal world none of us will have occasion to use. I know it’s a £1 extra, but it really does make our life easier.
